She holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT), Mumbai, India. Her doctoral dissertation focused on Intensification Techniques, nanomaterial synthesis, isolation, purification of value-added products (bioactives and proteins), and sustainability research. She has studied life cycle assessment using GaBi Professional and OpenLCA software for curcumin production by different extraction processes.
