Carolina has decided to expand her knowledge about sustainability beyond the lab bench. Currently, she is an Industrial Ph.D. candidate at Maastricht University (The Netherlands) and Umlaut \u2013 part of Accenture (Cologne, Germany). In her research, she investigates the main barriers to successful business transformations toward more sustainable outcomes under a multidisciplinary and systems-based perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the Biobased Value Circle consortium (Marie Sk\u0142odowska-Curie European Industrial Doctorate), she works at the interface between academia and business in an interdisciplinary and international environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
